RVB Malhas

We are a Brazilian textile industry located in Brusque, Santa Catarina, founded in 1991. We are specialized in circular knitting, we have two manufacturing facilities with more than de 322.800 sq ft and over 450 450 direct employees, and we operate on the main Brazilian and Latin American markets.
We have infrastructure and technology to meet the largest and most important brands in the textile industry with a production capacity of 700 tons per month.
In RVB we distinguish and understand the needs of our customers, allowing us to produce items that fit the varied profiles clothing manufacturers, besides the ability to develop exclusive articles on demand.
It is part of our history a serious commitment to innovation and the search for better solutions, constantly investing in research and technical training. Our whole production undergoes tests in the laboratory.
Our main bases are cotton, viscose, polyamide and polyester.

Commitment to the environment

Because it is a textile industry that uses natural and synthetic raw materials, turning them into products for other industries, RVB is aware of its environmental responsibility and, therefore, committed to sustainability policies and respect for the environment.
Internally, the company follows all the international recommended rules by the competent bodies. RVB acts correctly regarding the treatment of industrial effluents and disposal of waste from its processes, such as packaging, dyes and other chemicals.

Social responsability

The commitment to the community and the employees is also a differential of RVB. We are a family business, so in addition to provoke the growth of our professionals, we also feel an obligation to provide to our employees and their families personnel training programs and continuing education.
RVB also contributes to the Society through donations of second-line mesh, supports NGOs to professional training incentive and sponsors athletes, teams and local events.
